Uncapped Earning Potential

We believe in allowing each Flight Centre employee the opportunity to determine their own earning potential.

Our Travel Consultants earn a salary plus commission with an unlimited earning potential, consultants expect to earn $38 - 40 thousand in their first year:

• Take ownership of your career by building your own client base.

• The sky is the limit: earn commission on all travel products sold --
flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, cruises, rail and
insurance.

• Share your passion for travel and open up your business to repeat and referral clients
